Hamaguchi Ti full exhaust systems are used by the 2002-2005 FIM Asia Supersport champion. They are hand made in Japan using the 'wagiri' method of forming tight radius bends without disrupting flow.You will see this method of pipe fabrication used on GP and high end race machines. Also, variable diameter tubing is used throughout the length of piping.
Each system is hand-made by experienced craftsman to maintain smooth flow. Hamaguchi systems are 100% titanium tubing- even the D-Port is made of machined titanium on some systems.
